Guarantees and Shipping


Payment
We accept either U.S. Postal Money Orders or Paypal for payment of animals and merchandise.

Shipping
Shipping of live animals will be done through FedEx Overnight delivery. Merchandise will be through either FedEx UPS Ground. You may either call or email us with your Postal Zip Code to get an accurate shipping cost. We will provide you with a shipping cost within 30 minutes of your email during regular business hours:
Mon-Sat 10am-7pm
Sun 11am-6pm

Guarantee
We guarantee all of our animals are healthy upon arrival. If there is a problem or concern please call us within 24 hours.
If there was no one available to accept the package, or the driver does not secure a signature, our guarantee is void.
If the animal perishes within our guarantee, we will provide a replacement or a store credit. We cannot refund or credit shipping. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on the replacement of the animal(s).

Return Policy
All associated shipping charges are non-refundable. Products damaged due to shipping must be reported to the carrier and a claim must be filed prior to replacement. Missing or defective products must be reported immediately. Any used or opened merchandise will not be accepted.
Animals will not be accepted without prior approval.

 All deposits are non refundable ..... we are sorry about that BUT if we hold animal(s) and do not sell them to other interested parties we loose money.... deposits cover that loss.
